5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship only within Srilanka. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen.

• SENAA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

At Senaa, we want you to love your tumbler! If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Our tumblers are covered by a LIFE TIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects.

• You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Defects in materials or workmanship, such as issues with the lid or insulation are covered.

• Scratches, dents, and damage from everyday use are not covered.

• The tumbler must be unused and in its original condition & You’ll need your order number or receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

SENAA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
